  • All injections are administered by Dr. Dakota Malik from New Directions in Medicine in Manchester. With a background in naturopathic medicine and biochemistry, Dr. Malik takes an integrative approach—personalizing treatments to support your energy, metabolism, and overall wellness.

  • No worries at all! Your first visit includes a quick consultation where our doctor will help you choose the best option based on your goals—whether that’s more energy, stress relief, or metabolic support. You don’t have to decide alone!

  • No worries at all! While doing the shots weekly is ideal, it’s totally fine to skip a week and make it up later. You’ll still get the full benefits.

  • Side effects are rare but may include mild soreness at the injection site or brief lightheadedness. We’ll have you relax in the lounge for 15 minutes afterward—just as a precaution. While you’re there, feel free to enjoy our recovery gear and take a moment for yourself.

  • We recommend starting with one shot per week for 4 weeks to jumpstart your results. After that, you can maintain with bi-weekly or monthly visits—whatever works best for your goals, lifestyle, and the plan you create with the doctor.
