Finding us
3511 Richville Road, Manchester Center. We are around the back of the building.
When we are here
- Thursday–Monday
- 9am–1pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday
- Closed
Members have keyless entry access from 6am to 8pm.
What to bring
Very little. We give you towels, though you are welcome to bring your own. A water bottle is a good idea, and a swimsuit if you plan to use the cold plunge.
What a visit is
Day passes include one reserved treatment, access to the lounge and cold plunge, and access to anything else available while you're there. Stay as long as you like.
If your plans change
Let us know as early as you can. Space is limited, and a late cancellation is a spot someone else would have been glad of.
