Privacy policy

This policy covers what Renu Lounge collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Only what you give us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, along with anything you write in the message. If you text or call us, we have your number and what you said. We also collect anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics, such as page views and referrers, which are not tied to you.

Why we collect it

To answer you, and to contact you about your visits, bookings, and membership. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run ad tracking on this site.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Bookings, passes, and memberships are handled by Gymflow, our booking platform, and its own privacy policy also applies to what you give it. Each processes data on our behalf and none is permitted to use it for its own purposes.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is used solely by Renu Lounge to communicate with you.

Text messages

If you tick the box to receive text messages, or text us first, we may text you about your inquiry, your bookings, and your membership. Consent is never a condition of purchase or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your bookings or membership, or our ability to reach you by phone or email.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them, and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will do it. There is no form to fill in.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified to members directly.
