The terms of a Renu Lounge pass or membership are set out when you buy it through our booking platform, together with the waiver every guest completes before their first visit.

Passes and memberships

The price, validity, and minimum term of what you buy are shown before you pay and confirmed to you by email. Memberships have a three-month minimum.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, Renu Lounge may send you messages about your inquiry, your bookings, and your membership. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also reach us for help at the contact details below.
