All of our memberships include unlimited access to the Recovery Lounge and cold plunge. Schedule treatments separately for either our infrared saunas (45 min sessions) or red light therapy (30 min sessions).

In our attempt to be green and keep our prices affordable, we ask you to bring your own white towels. Towels will be available to rent for $3. Thank you for your understanding!

*Members-Only Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-9am, 4pm-8pm | Sat & Sun 6am-9am, 3pm-8pm | Holidays

*Treatments included in the membership do not roll over. Treatments purchased in a package are good for 6 months.

*If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will result in full payment or a used treatment voucher.

*Treatments are non transferable and non refundable.

*We encourage you to bring a friend during business hours! Add a friend to your sauna session for $15 or $25 for sauna and lounge. Only 1 friend permitted during each visit.

*Gold and Platinum members can only bring immediate family members during Members-Only hours, and only 1 per visit. Either add a friend to your sauna or you can purchase a discounted 8-pack and use a voucher.

*Family 8-packs are good for 6 mths, to be shared with immediate family members, 1 voucher per package can be used for non family member.
